Medicinal value of Sea Horses
January 21st, 2010 Posted in CultureOne of the strangest creatures of the sea is the sea horse. It’s been thought to be endangered and in perhaps most places it is an endangered species due to habitat destruction and overfishing for its supposedly medicinal value. Yesterday night, a friend and I decided to go for a night-time walkabout around town to take some photos. We stopped by the dried sea products market and was surprised to see that the stalls were selling dried up sea horses.
So we inquired why would anyone buy dried-up sea horses. They said it’s medicine. According to them you just need to crush these sea horses and add into boiling water then drink . I’m not sure whether it’s true but I do pity those beautiful yet strange creatures. We didn’t ask what’s good about drinking up sea horses, but it’s easier to go to dietpilldiscounts.com if you need some diet pills.

Interesting, did you see any other strange creatures turned into medicine?
