Burning $$ to burn fat
January 21st, 2010 Posted in HealthWell it’s been 3 months now since I started going to the gym. I have one month to go before my membership expires. I’m still contemplating whether I should extend my membership. Till now I have not seen any remarkable difference in myself. It’s like like burning $$ just to burn excess fat. It’s not exactly like having the best fat burners but I had thought by spending some money I would value going to the gym. My objective was to reach my ideal weight. I do hope my weight scale at home is wrong.

Reaching ideal weight is one thing, maintaining it is another. I am still within my ideal weight range, but sometimes I find that I really have to drag myself to do sports in order to maintain the weight. I only have to look at a close relative to see what would happen if I stop exercising – and he was a champion athlete at school!
