Burning $$ to burn fat
December 12th, 2009 Posted in HealthWell it’s been about a month now since I signed up for the gym membership. My objective was to purely to burn excess “weight”. Has it succeeded? Hmm…I’m not so sure. But what I’ve gained are the extra energy and stamina from all the cardio workout. Anyways I still have another two months to go on my membership. If I succeed, I might extend it. Perhaps my methods may not be the best fat burner but sure way to burn some RM.
