Anticipating for the new remuneration scheme

February 20th, 2012 Posted in Work

The PM announced last year of  a new remuneration scheme for all Malaysian Public Service employees.  Upon hearing the new scheme, there was a rush to view what’s in store for over a million public servants.  The new scheme,  Sistem Saraan Baru Perkhidmatan Awam or SBPA for short.  I’ve gone throught the contents.  Generally it looks fine if implemented properly.  What I would suggest is the government to have proper and effective employment screening so as to prevent having deadwoods in the goverment. The anticipated initial implementation was starting 1st January was shortlived due to objections from the public service union, CUEPACS.  So the PM has to make another announcement for a review of the new scheme.  I do hope however there would be some good news before the next General Election.  Although the public service is supposed to be apolitical, but I’m sure the announcement would prove useful if the current government wants the vote of the public servants.

Awesome post! I’ve been trying to come up with a good internet business idea for a while. Instead, I have come up with a great non-internet business idea, which kind of sucks in a way because this idea requires a lot of money, as opposed to a full internet-based business that might not require that much to get it started. I’m not giving up though. I recently started a blog where I plan to document my steps for starting my company. I figured it would keep me motivated and force me to keep at it. I also hope it will motivate the readers to keep trying to accomplish their goals. By the way, I love your site. I’ll be adding it to my list of interesting blogs.

If your family enjoys camping, you can even extend your visit over a weekend and set up tents along the way.
To take hold of this gentle wisdom and to remember that if I let go
and be held by Mother Nature’s ebb and flow that I too will be brought
back to pools of stillness. There are a total of nine unique habitats where you may discover
many different types of wildlife animals and over
one hundred species of birds that you may enjoy seeing while on your
    Florida vacation.
